People & Culture Strategist
Own client relationships end-to-end: read the real problem, shape the strategy, and drive it to a measurable outcome.
We help the region's boldest employers build culture on purpose — and we're looking for one person to do it hand-in-hand with them. A partner, not a vendor. You own client relationships end-to-end: read the real problem, shape the strategy, and drive it to a measurable outcome — across our clients in Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Egypt.
What you'll own
- Own client relationships end-to-end across Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Egypt
- Read the real problem beneath the stated brief, and turn ambiguity into a clear direction
- Shape People & Culture strategy and drive it through to a measurable outcome
- Move between the boardroom and the HR floor without changing gear
- Connect behaviour, positioning, and engagement into one coherent system
What you're great at
- You read people and rooms, and turn ambiguity into a clear direction
- You own outcomes, not tasks — and earn trust faster than you chase approval
- You think in systems: behaviour, positioning, and engagement, connected
- You move easily between the boardroom and the HR floor
- You are fluent in Arabic and English
Our standards are high — genuinely high. If you think like an employee — trading hours for a paycheck — this isn't it. Ownership matters here more than anything else. If that's not how you're wired, let's save each other the effort.
How the application works
This assessment takes about 40 minutes. That is deliberate. We are hiring someone to own a client relationship end to end: to read the real problem underneath the stated brief, shape the response, and stay accountable for it until it produces a result someone can measure. A short form does not show us that. Short forms reward whoever is quickest with the answer that sounds right. So we ask for specifics. What you actually did. What you decided on your own. How you read the people around you while you decided it. Most questions here have no obviously correct answer, and a few have no comfortable one. If that is more than you want to give a first-stage application, we understand, and stopping here is a reasonable decision. If it reads like the first employer conversation that has taken your work seriously, you are the person we wrote it for.
Plan for about 40 minutes, in one sitting. There is no timer. No question is timed, and nothing is scored on speed. The length is deliberate: we would rather ask you for forty honest minutes once than move you through four rounds of guessing. Start when you have time to think, not between two meetings.
